Be Real
After you book please schedule a required 15-20 min FaceTime call. This call will be held at least 24 hrs before your appointment. This must be held or you will NOT be seen and your deposit will be kept. No extra company unless under the age of 16. ID required.
Time
You must reschedule 48 hrs in advance or 24 hrs in the case of emergencies.
Payment
The $40 booking deposit goes towards your total balance of the hair services. Payments are done through our site ONLY. NO cash accepted.
Rescheduling
Hair Requirements
If you're not getting your hair washed and nourished, please come with your hair washed and blowed dryed, with NO product in it. Hair is required to be at least 4 inches long. Added hair must be provided . Hair brand will be discussed during the initial call.
Cancellation
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required for booking. You are able to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is cancelled you will NOT be refunded your deposit.
Please be on time. There's a $20 late fee if you're 15 min. late.Anything after will result in cancellation and the full deposit will be kept.
